Residential development in
the area has added significant
volumes of people to the
catchment, specifically Thorntree
View to the east. From a macro
perspective there is scope for
another ±2 000 dwellings to be
developed.
It is easily accessible via the
R80 (the Mabopane Highway)
to the east and the M20 (via GaRankuwa) to the west.
With more than 65% of residents in the catchment residing in formal housing and more than 70% of these employed in the formal sector, the stability indicators are very positive.
